Leaking roof and mold growth
My garage roof, which is a spray foam roof has been leaking since we purchased the home in July. Over several heavy rainfalls there has been a great deal of mold growth on the wall. Would you recommend an entire repair on the garage wall and roof or is it possible to just remove the mold and add some more coating to the roof to prevent further leakage?
