Clayton Morris and his company Morris Invest

While researching on the internet, I ran across Morris Invest and Clayton Morris's youtube channel.  I watched several of his videos and I found a lot of good information.  With that, he really plugged his company (Morris Invest) and the many benefits that his company provides real estate investors; which leads me to a couple of questions:

Have you or do you know anyone who has used this service and what were the results?

What are some of your opinions of the services this company provides?

What is his angle; is he really in the business to help others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing?

Your input will add great value to the topic and the growing conversations I am having with a few of my friends.

GIANT SCAM! 

Heck when I google his name the first things that come up are the videos warning about him and articles about how he had to flee to PORTUGAL to get away from all the lawsuits. 

Good way to learn about the worst neighborhoods in Indianapolis though. 

There are some amazing (but very very long) threads on this website, written from first-person perspectives about his scams. James Wise has collected a bunch of his victims and created a three hour youtube video going through all the heartbreak. 

Honestly, he is probably one of the biggest scams in real estate since the great recession.
