Eviction drama
So I am in the process of evicting a problem tenant. Lease expired and I don't want to renew, and he owes rent. Served him with a 3-day Pay-or-Quit. Sent petition to court and am now awaiting a hearing date. Today a U-haul shows up at the apartment. I think, "Great, he is leaving without an armed escort.!" But no! He begins unloading things and moving them into apartment. He has a new girlfriend. What is he thinking?
