Tenant doesn’t want to pay for April?

Hi, I’ve told the whole story in another discussion, but basically a tenant gave me a 10 day notice to break her lease and leave. She left without paying and messaged me now saying she won’t pay for April and she’ll only pay for March. Should I take legal action or should i just ignore

Your lucky if you get March.

I wouldn't waste money going after April rent.
