Make your April Rent Predictions

Account Closed
Posted

I have 10 SF homes rented.  Half are to decently paid UAW works who have been laid off and all are in a town that has been locked down.  My guess is as follows:

4 Will pay full rent

4 Will pay partial rent

2 Will pay nothing

This may be optimistic.  What are your guesses on your properties?

@Tom Maricle we’ve reached out to all of our tenants and all have said they are good to go for April rent. My PM manages 550+ doors and of those 15 have indicated they will need help for April. So the sky doesn’t seem to be falling quite yet, but May will probably be uglier, as well as the following months because many people will get behind and won’t be able to catch up.
