Landlord Credit Bureau

Hi everyone, 

A co-worker of mine recently told me about Landlord Credit Bureau.

Seems like they have desirable opportunities for both landlords and tenants that use the service. Has anyone else here tried using it?

I actually like this idea. If the tenant knows you can report on their credit they will probably be better tenants. Thanks.
