How to accept rent from a debit card

Have a tenant on disability that receives benefits on a debit card. They are asking if there is a way for me to auto debit the card for rent.  Older and they dont have access or use the internet regularly.

I have other tenants that have setup auto pay with their bank accounts. And that works good. This one does not have a bank account 

Anyone doing this.
