section 8 ads where to place them
I have a rental property that I would like to advertise among section 8 tenants. Do you know the best way to do that ? there is gosection8.com out there. I tried that several times in the past and never got any traction. There is obviously trulia/zillow/hotpads and I got my listing there. Zero interest from Section 8 tenants, a lot of interest from market tenants. I will try to ask my local housing office but they will most probably send me to gosection8.com. any ideas ?
