Hi Everyone, I'm just getting started and I am looking for a good attorney in the Richmond area. Specifically, I want an attorney that is open to working with new REIs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

@Miguel Rodas I've been on the search too, so interested in what other people are saying. After combing through the forums, I've seen others recommend Sean Tluchak as an attorney. Through networking, I've also come across Lingle Law, Page Allen, and Alex Simon as attorneys that have real estate experience. I haven't personally worked with any of them but for me it's where I plan to start my search and do my due diligence

@Miguel Rodas other REI I have worked with have used Sonny Hughes and like him. I haven't worked with him personally but heard he's knowledgeable

@Miguel Rodas since I moved to Richmond in 2016. He was refered to me by a friend that has been working in REI in Richmond for over 15yrs.

@Miguel Rodas I've used Sean Tluchak in the past for about 50+ REO closings and really had a great experience with his office. I use Harvey & Associates (they have an office in Richmond and Hanover) and love the real estate investing knowledge of their whole staff.
