How do you get accurate information?
Hello Everyone,
I am looking into buying a multifamily property here in Winslow, AZ and I find myself wondering how to get accurate information such as what a realistic monthly rental amount is. It seems to me that places like Zillow and Realtor.com have a vested interest in giving a high number so that you are more inclined to buy the property.
