I have a potential tenant who’s willing to pay one year of rent upfront. Is that even allowed or is it legal for me as landlord to take advantage of it? Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!

Why are they so generous because they filled bankruptcy? Took the money from CC and whatever who knows!
