Need a line of credit on a non owner occupied rental

I own a single family rental property free and clear in big rapids, Mi. Does anyone know of a lender that will do a line of credit on non owner occupied rental properties in my area?  Trying to avoid closing costs of a cash out refi

I am working with PenFed Credit Union on a HELOC on an investment property at this time. They may cover your area. Looks promising at this time. I hope to close mid-December.
