Td bank heloc investment property

I spent a long time trying to find a bank to finance a heloc for my investment properties. TD bank just did it on two of mine in the last month. I was able to get a 50k heloc on each property 5.49% interest rate. They did 75% LTV and you are able to roll the closing costs into the loan. It is interest only for the first 10 years. The monthly payment for 40k is only $54 a month. Thought it was a great option to grow your portfolio.

TD Bank is great! US Bank can do the job, too. And PenFed up to 4 properties.
