Bad service from an Ac company - damaged tenant's belongings

Hey guys,

So I had an AC leak and this AC company came in and said the best thing is to replace the AC. I paid them an arm and a leg to put a new AC in and 2 months later its leaking again.

Apparently they did not clean the drain when they installed a new AC so it clogged and ruined tenants belongings. The tenant was super upset and called the AC company, and the owner of the company said cleaning the drain was not a part of a deal and I would have to pay extra for that. Nobody explained to me that something like that needs to be done... Had I known that there is an extra fee so the new AC would not be leaking I would of paid for cleaning the drain

Is there a way to complain about their services? Or make them pay for the tenants ruined belongings?

Thank you

Any social media platform, that you can find to leave a review, I would write the review. It's extremely effective to get business owners to notice you, when you think you have not been treated fairly. My experience with vendors, is they will not disclose every detail of the job you are hiring them for unless you explain it them in writing. Any time, I would get off the phone with a vendor, I always follow up with a text or email on the job, so we are both on the same page. I hope you find a solution. best of luck.
