Compensation Structure of Resident Manager in Multi-family

Hello Fellows,

I have a resident manager who is on Section 8. My property management company says that they cannot a credit logging since she is on Housing. I end up paying her 40 hours per month and free lodging. I only get $200 from HUD that is the part HUD pays.

Anyone has handled Section 8 resident manager compensation structure better than this setup?
