Does anyone know any property management companies that rent by the room in San Antonio?

I don't know of any companies that do it for other people but I do know of several independent investors or those with their own companies that have rent-by-the-room properties.

I Was hoping to find someone to manage a extra large home that could probably produce more with renting by the room.

Are you looking to do short term rentals Airbnb style or have leases in place?
