Are tenants paying their rent in Seattle and surrounding areas?

Hi All!

Hope everyone is staying safe out there! I wanted to reach out to you investors in the area because I'm planning on investing in Seattle and surrounding areas (i.e. Shoreline, Everett, Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Renton, Kent, Tukwila, etc.). I'm back and forth from SoCal to Seattle every month. But I wanted to check the pulse on the market. I wanted to know if there are a lot tenants out there taking advantage (maybe abusing the ability to not pay rent right now during this pandemic). Are tenants paying their rent in Seattle and surrounding areas in 2021? I appreciate the input!

@Gulliver R., regarding Covid assistance programs, it depends on which City you are going to buy-in. For example, for Seattle, the section of "rent, utility & other Bills support" in here has more details http://www.seattle.gov/mayor/c... 

Most of the other cities have similar programs
