Apartment complex junk removal contract

Hello, I’m helping my son start a junk removal company and he has come across an opportunity to service an apartment complex once a week. It would be cleaning dumpster areas of illegal or over dumping. I’m looking for help from either someone with experience in this or an apartment manager/property manager with experience in this. Any advice is helpful and welcome. We are in central California. What should we be considering that we may not be? Is there a stipulation if you have to service an additional day outside of the once/week?

Thank you @Nathan Gesner it sounds like they have quite the problem with regular excessive dumping. Must be from neighborhood homes as well. Iv’e never done a contract with a company for this kind of work. We will probably just give a quote for weekly service and see what kind of contract they have already, as this has been a service in place previously.
