I’m curious what software you used to manage your rental properties? I want to be able to log rent and expenses and print reports For my accountant at the end of the year and also calculate profit. I have 10 Properties so I need some thing but I don’t wanna spend a fortune.

This is discussed several times a week, sometimes in a day. I wish I had time to write a blog.

Go to Google and search "free landlord software" and scroll through to learn about companies like RentRedi, Innago, Cozy, and TenantCloud. There are a lot of options available. Most of them are free and then include a small upgrade fee for online payments and other features.

I've personally checked out TenantCloud and thought it was easy to use with a lot of great features. You can do 75 properties for free. Upgrade for $10 and you can manage up to 150 rentals and accept online payments. It does just about everything you need as a Landlord.

You'll never find the "perfect" product. Find one that's easy to use, covers the most important features, and then use it for at least a year. By then you'll be more experienced and can comparison shop to see if there's a better product for you.
