Help with my own rental situation

I am currently renting a home in the Chicago suburbs, I have a SERIOUS snake infestation. If you saw me, I look like an extra from Braveheart, but I am TERRIFIED of snakes.

They are all over the outside and even in our basement. I walk around constantly on edge and it is really affecting me. I don't want to be a jerk to the landlords, but this is unacceptable and based on conversations with them, I know they were aware of this.

I cannot stay here. I want to break my lease, I have 3 months left. Have been a good tenant, including upgrading the home by painting and doing some light plumbing and electric.

Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

@Patrick Shaw Have you asked the landlord to call for some sort of pest service or an wildlife solutions company? Seems like an obvious solution
