Hi everyone!

I am an out-of-state investor looking to buy rentals in Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm looking for recommendations for property managers and best neighborhoods to buy rental properties in.

@Lucy Huang

This is a complex questions because Cincinnati has such a wide variety of neighborhoods, school districts, income levels, and crime levels. However, generally speaking most of Greater Cincinnati has improved in the past 10 years due to millions of dollars of outside investor money infused into the area. Lots of really tough areas have improved drastically with only a few pockets left that I would not touch. I always advise my clients to really understand their comfort levels with investing, or use a strong manager who can handle the tougher areas so there is a mitigated risk. I personally invest east of highway I75 in Hamilton and Clermont County, but mainly that is due to proximity, I grew up/live on the east side and I manage my own portfolio so for me, it would not make sense to drive 45-60 minutes to the west side to manage a tenant. if you have any specific questions feel free to reach out, best of luck on your hunt!
