Property Manager or Owner listed as the Landlord on a rental lease?
Do you list the Property Manager or the Owner as the landlord on your Rental Leases? I have my first rental closing soon, and I want to make sure I set it up correctly. My LLC will be the Property Manager for my LP.
Based on a conversation with my lawyer when I set up my entities, I believe my LLC should be listed as the landlord.
Am I correct?
