Looking for recommendations for a good PM in east central Ohio (Newark & Johnstown). Four single family rentals and one duplex.

Can’t be sure, but contact Park Shai and Associates, Granville, OH. I’m not sure if they only manage properties owned by the entity, or offer PM services. Worth checking.
