Hi fellows, I need to rent my SFR. Can you recommend what website I can use to screen tenant and sign lease documents in California?

@Gary B. I’ve used Zillow for screening. It’s about 40$ and I’ve heard Cozy is great for screening as well. There are other screening sites also, but these have worked for me. Personally, I use DocuSign for lease signing and it has never failed me and is very user friendly. Hope this helps!
