receiving rent electronically

Leah Woods
Posted

Hi All,
My tenants are currently paying rent with a check but have asked if they can pay electronically. What are the best options for this? and are there fees associated with receiving rent this way?

thanks,
Leah

Most of my tenants deposit rent into my business checking account.

Others use Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or ACH.

I don't personally take checks or collect rent. It all shows up in my account automatically.
