I prefer Cats as Tenants to Dogs as Tenants

Although I am buy no means anti-dog as tenants.

It's just that cats a quieter, they don't bark all day long while their master is at work.

They don't rush you and bite a chunk out of your leg, and they bury their waste.

During due diligence for instance, I will not hesitate to go into a unit with cats in it, but some dogs make me very hesitant to go in.

I strongly believe in the no puppies, no vicious breeds, and no dogs that make management uncomfortable policy.

Cat's I tend to simply not notice as much.
