Home insurance policies/companies you use?

Hello 👋

I just bought a duplex 2016sf total 1008sf each unit, year build:1992 (cash deal, refinance after rehab)

The tenants go out in two month and will start renovating both units. I wanted to know which home insurance company and policy I should pick. Any recommendations would be great!
