We have purchased a house in zip 75115 for rehab and resale in mid-November, so this topic is very timely for us....this house should be ready around Thankgsiving this year.  It is a fairly extensive rehab/remodel. Of course, we purchased it based on the comps we pulled in the last 30 days.  However, what will the comps look like in about 2 months from now?  This is the kind of conversation we will be having for this meeting!  No one has a "crystal ball", but we will be discussing what forecasters are saying, as well as adding in our own thoughts on this very important subject!Look forward to seeing you ALL!  Say hi to me at the registration table near the door.  Let me know you found us on BP!Happy and Prosperous Investing to you!!
