All of these things apply in any business, but in real estate, they are especially true. 

Believe it or not, there are a lot of investors who are not out there chasing deals, the wholesalers, Realtors, and others call them up with deals. They don't have to figure out how to fund that next deal because several people have offered to privately fund their deals. They don't even have to work that hard to find contractors because the good ones call them up and ask when the next project is coming.

So what makes them different. . . why do some people seem to succeed with no effort? While others are always chasing their tails so to speak? 

One of the main reasons is that they have mastered the art of sharing their knowledge. They share what they know either online through some sort of content - an Instagram feed, a YouTube channel, a podcast, or blog and they share through networking at live events and through social media. 

Because they are always out there sharing, people know them, they like them, and even if they have never met, they still TRUST them.

Cool . . . Right? But no one really talks about how that works. 

It's a topic that David Pere suggested to us when we were booking him to speak for October. You might know him . . . retired from active military duty as a millionaire and now he is out there showing other people how to do the same. He has a website FromMilitarytoMillionaire.com where he shares knowledge, he has a podcast and a book, and he is sharing on multiple social media channels.
