Our guest, Kris Morin, successful multifamily investor, and Co-Founder of Three Peaks Capital will be joining us. Ever wonder how real estate syndications work or how to raise private capital? Kris will be discussing how investors, such as himself, leverage other people’s money to buy real estate, small and large.
Interested or currently involved in real estate and looking to surround yourself with like minded individuals? We welcome you to join us for our monthly real estate investor meetups in New Britain CT. This meetup is free and open to all who have some form of a connection to real estate or just looking to learn more.Our meetups take place every third Thursday of the month 5:30pm-8pm at Belvedere restaurant, 82 Broad St, New Britain, CT 06053. Street parking is free after 5pm. Generally we socialize & network for the first 30-45 minutes, followed by introductions, then we get into our monthly topic of discussion.
Currently there is no charge for this meetup as the generous owners of Belvedere Restaurant are allowing us to use this space for FREE. With that said, let's help them out and show our appreciation by purchasing food and/or drinks during the meetup. Unwind and treat yourself to some amazing Polish cuisine.
