This is our monthly New Jersey real estate investor meetup in-person event. During the pandemic, we did 2 years of virtual meetups for NJ, Philly, Boston, and Florida, but now we are back doing in-person meetups and this is our 3rd one. We generally spend the whole two hours networking. These events are full of experienced investors, but welcome new investors looking to learn and connect. We do not entertain pitches of any kind, it is all about relationships and camaraderie. During 2021, investors inside of our meetups did more than 100 investment doors on their own.
