Kim Peterson Kim has spent her entire career in the mortgage industry, mortgages are a way of life for her. She began in loan processing in 1998, learning the grass roots of the business and advancing her career into audit, underwriting and team leadership. She’s been in the top 1% of loan originators in the nation for 7 years running and has learned her career is more than just offering financing – it’s leading a team, advising clients, and creating relationships with others to help them achieve their goals. In doing so she’s found her truest passion is empowering others to believe in themselves and harness the power of the real estate market to gain their own financial freedom.
Hattie Johnson Hattie is a born and raised Minnesotan who comes from a
strong sales and hospitality background. As she ventured into the hard money space, she set out to educate realtors, investors, and vendors alike on the benefits and ease of working with hard money funding through Renovo Capital. Renovo has been in the lending space for over 11 years with a focus on reviving distressed properties throughout Minnesota. She enjoy building long term relationships with my clients and customizing banking solutions around their needs. Sue’s goal is to give my clients a banking experience like none they have ever had.
