Each of our get-togethers spotlights a talk from a unique real estate investor or industry professional in the Houston market and presents a golden opportunity to gain invaluable insights. Last month we were privileged to have entrepreneur and business coach Steve Rozenberg join us to lead a meetup specifically focused on setting goals for 2024.

This month we are thrilled to have Joni Wolfswinkel. Joni is a licensed real estate broker and owner of two Real Property management Franchises, a turnkey construction company, and a Virtual assistant supplier firm. She has bought and sold over 1,800 properties and currently manages 2,300 units in the Houston, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico markets. In addition, Joni and Her husband Shawn personally own 70 rental homes, a commercial office building, and a self-storage building. Together, they host the popular podcast "Inside the Wolf's Den.” If you have questions about starting/running your real estate business, managing a rental property, or buying rentals then you won't want to miss this one!
