NOREIA's Basics Classes are starting for 2024!
There is one class each month from January through November, hosted by David Birdsong.
David is a local real estate attorney who specializes in working with investors. He is a NOREIA board member and vendor. David has been an active member for years and the perfect person to teach you the ins and out of real estate investing. Attending these classes will also give you the opportunity to connect with others with common interests and maybe even start to build your team! January's class is the Introduction to Real Estate. It will cover terminology that you'll need to know as well as tips and tricks on how to find properties to help you get started in your investing career.
