Attention real estate investors in Houston! Don't miss out on our 12th REI meetup event. Each of our get-togethers takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and spotlights a talk from a unique real estate investor or industry professional in the Houston market - this presents a golden opportunity to gain invaluable insights. There are no sales pitches, only actionable, ethical investing advice.

Last month we were privileged to have real estate entrepreneur Joni Wolfswinkel join us to discuss how she scaled her property management companies to 2,300 units under management and acquired 70 rental properties including a commercial office building and self-storage building. 

This month we are excited to have Adam Metzler join us. Adam is the owner of Top Notch Construction in Houston. Adam will be going through what you should know to have success in working with contractors on your properties. Adam will discuss the red flags to look out for with contractors, what documents you should have, how to communicate and set expectations, and what to do if things aren't going as planned. If you are new to working with contractors and have questions or want to come and discuss some things you have found along the way with contractors (good, bad, or ugly), this is a great one to make it to!
