Knowing how to fill out a TREC contract is vitally important for Real Estate Investors. In this half-day class, lead instructor, Martin Garcia, a local Real Estate Attorney with years of experience who specializes in

working with investors, will cover TREC's entire One to Four Family Residential (Resale) contract as well as certain key contract addenda. Martin will be assisted by experienced Real Estate Investor, Robin Carriger. This will be a very informative class, so don't miss it. We'll see you there!
