Investors. In this half-day class, lead instructor, Martin Garcia, a local Real
Estate Attorneywith years of experience who specializes in working with
investors, will cover TREC'sentire One to Four Family Residential (Resale)
contract as well as certain key contract addenda. Martin will be assisted
by experienced Real Estate Investor, Robin Carriger. This will be a very
