Mike Ballato began investing in real estate while attending Penn State University. After graduation, he gained hands-on experience in property management before purchasing his first house flip in 2011. Since then, Mike has successfully completed over 90 flips, honing his expertise in identifying opportunities, managing renovations, and maximizing returns.
In 2017, Mike founded his own construction company, expanding his impact in the industry. Most recently, he spearheaded the ground-up development of a 10-unit commercial building in Downingtown Borough—a challenging project that came to fruition through meticulous planning and execution. Mike is already gearing up for his next venture: a 20-unit new construction property, where he's excited to scale up and innovate once more.
