Coming up this Wednesday the New England REIA (NEREIA) I will be speaking about how to flip a property with a challenging location.
At the meeting I will discuss:
- How I got started in real estate
- What makes a challenging location
- Buying right to compensate for things you can't change
- How to rehab a house with limited upside
- Nailing your exit strategy
- A case study on a house I rehabbed and retailed in the ABSOLUTE WORST location you could think of
If you are in Eastern MA and Southern NH come on out! Other than being this months speaker I am not in anyway affiliated with the NEREIA. I have been a member for several years and think it is a great meeting. If you are investing in real estate in the Greater Lowell / Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts or New Hampshire this is the best meeting in the area. I always encourage those in the Greater Boston area this is still an easy one to get to and worth the trip (I'm in Newton so I practice what I preach!). Anyway come on out and hear some funny stories (Bonus see pictures of the sewer plant in North Andover :) ) and learn a pretty unique niche.
