Speaker Lou Brown is in town for the Pittsburgh REIA meeting. He will be talking about an affiliate program where landlords are making money with credit repair. First you make money on the credit repair, then you make money by moving the price of your rental up in either a rent to own scenario or an owner finance deal. The real glory of this technique is that you buy on owner finance, sandwich yourself in the middle of the deal, sell on owner finance, and because you tag in the credit clean up piece (which you make money on) you can sell or rent at above market prices with the proper legal contracts. We have the lawyers to make this happen.
