DFW REI CLUB Weekly Meeting!

Topic for this week's meeting is "Lease Paperwork & Property Management", so if you are a Landlord, or considering becoming a landlord, this meeting is a MUST ATTEND! We will have an experienced Property Manager sharing as much detail as she can fit into a 1.5 hour presentation. Property Code in Texas is what regulates the Landlord/Tenant relationship, and you want to know what you can and cannot do and stay within the law. (Link to register)
Networking here is great too! We give about a 20 minute networking break for you to meet others in the room and exchange business cards. Additionally, coming on a regular basis allows you to build relationships or develop crucial partnerships.
We don't typically have expensive guru materials to pitch, but we do share with you our "Dream Team Members" that we recommend you have on your investing "TEAM". We also have annual and semi-annual memberships available. These memberships vary from covering your entrance fee on a semi or annual basis for a discounted rate (about 50%), some have mentoring included, and some give you access to our online library of audio/video of past meetings that we were able to get on video in the last few years.
PLEASE NOTE: Admission online is $20, but, if you don't pre-register, the price at the door is $25.00
