WIN (Winnebago Investor Network) Event: Pre-rehab Tour

Here is yet another opportunity to get a first look at a investment purchase before the rehab begins. @Chris Sukala and Evelyn are closing on a single family home and graciously offered to open it for our group to tour.

The home is located at 6459 Sawgrass Drive Rockford IL 61114. Come out on 9/19 at 6PM to see it before the rehab begins the next morning. Everyone (new and seasoned investors) is welcome and encouraged to ask questions regarding the purchase, rehab, and exit strategy. Also, this is great chance to add value to others by making suggestions and sharing resources!
