Jam Session... Monday, November 21st!

Would you enjoy an evening of networking with like-minded people and free coaching from experienced investors? Come and join us at our next Jam Session! The event is open to the public, but seating is limited. We can discuss any topic - any issues that are holding you back. Whether its finding deals, raising private money, how to lend funds safely, analyzing deals, marketing, Buy-Fix-Sell for wealth creation, or Buy-Fix-Hold for passive income, Hawaii investing, mainland investing, or international investing, you name it, and we'll answer it based on our own direct experience! You'll learn how other investors have solved the same problems. Hosted by experienced Hawaii investors (Michael Mazzella & Cory Nemoto) and we along with the other investors in attendance are committed to help you figure out the best solutions.

One of the topics covered is: State of the Industry - Hawaii Real Estate Investing. What's working, what's not working. Latest trends, causation - success and failure; and will the election of Donald Trump have a positive or negative impact on real estate investors.

...and you also get to hang out with some cool, like-minded peeps for awhile!
