HI BP Family!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
We will have our next meetup/mastermind January 11th at 7 pm. For those that have been to our previous meetups, you know that I was working on my 1st flip. We just closed that flip today and made a profit of 30k!! WOOHOO! It was a partnership and as everyone knows my primary focus for this property was to start to build my reputation for lenders and potential partners. In the next meetup I will talk a bit about this flip. 2017 the goal is 15 Flips!!!! Hold me to that....
Now, our guest speaker will be @Robert Withers from M1 Capital. Robert is an expert in the mortgage and financing industry. His company specializes in commercial and creative financing. Robert has been to several of our meetups and now will present and teach us on how to present and package ourselves to look good to banks and give ourselves the best opportunity to get financed. After speaking with Robert several times I am definitely looking forward to this one. He has a great amount of experience and is very knowledgeable in the real estate field.
For this meetup I would like everyone to come ready to discuss their goals for 2017. Let's inspire each other to make 2017 the best year yet!!!
