This 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 car, home has been neglected for several years. With a roof leak, several plumbing issues, rooms of wallpaper, outdated and worn out flooring, as well as the typical deferred maintenance, there is plenty to do. However, there are numerous amenities including an open layout, 2 limestone fireplaces, huge sliding doors to a deck upstairs and a patio on the walkout lower level, lake views from three of the bedrooms, and a circle driveway at the end of a cul-de-sac.
