Hi All,
The next meeting of the San Jose Real Estate Investing Club will be May 24th. Our guest speaker will be Anson Young, CEO of Anson Property Group, LLC. Anson will touch on many topics including how to find and close deals in a highly competitive market.

About the Meeting: Whether you are a seasoned veteran or new investor, it can be tough to find a good deal in a hot market. During this meeting Anson will discuss the various methods he is using to get deal flow and close deals. He will present some case studies from his own business that will show how his techniques are put into action.
About the Speaker: Anson Young is a full time real estate investor and licensed agent, living and working in Denver, Colorado. Specializing in the types of distressed properties the average person runs away screaming from, his mission is to help homeowners out of bad situations and change neighborhoods for the better. Having completed hundreds of deals in his eleven year career, Anson currently focuses on fix and flip investments, watching crappy houses get turned into nice ones. Well versed in short sales, REO, asset management, foreclosures and probates, he has built real estate experience through real world hard work. A longtime contributor to the BiggerPockets community, Anson also started the first BiggerPockets local meetup group which has grown since 2012.
Born and raised in Colorado, when not working you can find Anson and his family adventuring outdoors in and around the beautiful Rocky Mountains, attending too loud rock concerts or taking a cold shower.
