About the Meeting: There are countless ways to make money in real estate and the more options you are familiar with the better your chance of success. Our July meeting will be a great opportunity to learn from a guy who has done it all. Will Barnard has extensive experience with numerous investing methods (wholesaling, flipping, development, notes, buy and hold, etc) and will discuss how he has used various strategies to make money in real estate, the "do's and dont's", how to adapt to changing market conditions, tips, tricks, and much more!

About the Speaker: Will Barnard is a full time professional developer and real estate investor with experience in almost every aspect of real estate investing including: spec building, rehabbing, wholesaling, landlording, short sales, land development, notes, and more. He does millions of dollars in real estate transactions each year and his current focus is on local rehab projects with large value add opportunities.

Will was the co-host of his own weekly radio show "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate," he's been featured in the real estate magazine "Realty 411," and he's been a guest speaker at many real estate investing clubs, podcasts, and live events across the country.
