The event is open to the public, but seating is limited., our "Jam sessions" have become very popular - they are informal, and an open forum. We can discuss any topic you want - any issues that are holding you back. Whether it's finding deals, raising private money, how to lend funds safely, analyzing deals, marketing, Buy-Fix-Sell for wealth creation, or Buy-Fix-Hold for passive income, Hawaii investing, mainland investing, or international investing, you name it, and we'll answer it based on our own direct experience! You'll learn how other investors have solved the same problems. Hosted by Hawaii's #1 house-flippers, professional investors and developers (Michael Mazzella & Cory Nemoto) and we along with the other investors in attendance are committed to help you figure out the best solutions. |
...and you also get to hang out with some cool, REI-successful peeps for awhile! Sometimes we announce apprenticeship opportunities and ways for you to partner with us on deals.
