Hi BP Sacramento family !

I love talking and learning real estate. Over the last couple years i've read and listened to numerous books and podcasts. My experience in commercial, business and consumer banking taught me things that books couldn't. Interacting with folks and talking real estate to at least one person everyday has been my mission for the last 8 months. I recently had a beautiful baby boy and want to continue to network and meet folks doing the same thing as me. I'm focused on the multifamily b/c class markets here in Sacramento. 

Would love to meet others who have a passion and desire to invest here locally. I'm a northern CA guy and want to build my empire here. I've gotten a great deal of things done this year and look forward to growing and building with like minded individuals.

I plan on attending.  I have been investing here for 17 years but only buying when the market is down.  The numbers don't look so good now for investing.
