Hey everyone!

I have scheduled the next meeting for our Fort Wayne Landlord's and Real Estate Investor's!

Due to the fact that we have had so much interest from the group in wanting to know more about financing, I have invited one of my lenders that I have had a great relationship with who specializes in commercial lending to come speak to us. Prepare your questions!

Many of you have already found it, but in case you are unaware, we have started a Facebook group that is very specifically for local Investors in and around Fort Wayne. We have already seen some GREAT discussions happening, and it has been a great resource in just the few weeks it has been up and running. Local contractors, suggestions for paint vendors, how to get rid of smells, etc...) It will also serve as a source of info for local meet-ups (coming very soon!)
